These terms apply to every order placed on www.amcbicycles.co.za. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

• AMC Bicycles, 17 Butterfield Crescent, Fairview, Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. This is also our address for legal notices.

• Shop hours: Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 8am–12:30pm

2. Products and prices

• All prices are in South African rand and include 15% VAT.
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay (see our Shipping & Delivery page).
• We try to keep photos, descriptions and stock levels accurate. If we make an obvious pricing or stock mistake, we’ll contact you and you can choose to go ahead at the right price or get a full refund.
• Used bikes are sold as described in the listing. Please ask us if you want more photos or details before you buy.

3. Orders and payment

• We accept card payments (Visa and Mastercard) through Paystack. We don’t accept bank transfers for online orders.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is successful. You’ll get an order confirmation by email.
• We can cancel an order if an item turns out to be out of stock. If we do, we refund you in full.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

See our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

6. Fitting and use

• Bike parts must be fitted correctly to work safely. If you fit a part yourself, you’re responsible for the fitting. Our workshop can fit any part you buy from us.
• We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, crashes or normal wear and tear.

7. Your records

Your order confirmation email is your record of the purchase. You can also see past orders under My Account on our website.

8. Questions and complaints

Contact us first on 079 868 9577 or sales1@amcgroup.co.za and we’ll do our best to sort it out. If we can’t, you can contact the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms on the website when you place your order are the ones that apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
