We deliver door to door anywhere in South Africa, or you can collect from our shop for free.

When your order is sent

• We usually send orders within 1–2 working days of payment. If something isn’t in stock, we’ll let you know before sending.
• Courier delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Outlying areas can take longer.
• When your order is sent, you’ll get an email with the courier name and waybill number so you can track it.

Collection

Choose free collection at checkout. We’ll let you know when your order is ready. Bring your order number. Collection is during shop hours: Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 8am–12:30pm.

Receiving your parcel

• Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box is badly damaged, note it with the courier and let us know within 7 days, with photos.
• If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available or the address was wrong, we may charge the courier cost to send it again.
