• What you ordered and your order history
• Messages you send us, such as workshop bookings and WhatsApp or email enquiries

We never see or store your full card details. Card payments are handled securely by Paystack.

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order, including returns and warranty claims
• To send you order, shipping and tracking updates
• To answer your questions and manage workshop bookings
• To keep financial and tax records, as the law requires

We’ll only send you promotions if you’ve agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

• Couriers, who need your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel
• Paystack, who processes your card payment
• Our website host and email providers, who store the data for us

We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we keep it safe

Our website uses a secure (https) connection, and access to order information is limited to AMC Bicycles staff who need it. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax purposes, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us on sales1@amcgroup.co.za or 079 868 9577. If you’re not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
